Nick Salter was born and raised in Florence, Alabama (the Muscle Shoals area).
He found his niche and passion for acting in high school playing the Prince in Cinderella. He graduated from the University of North Alabama with a degree in Theater and Professional Writing. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles to work in entertainment community.
Theater credits include The Glass Menagerie, Wiley and the Hairy Man, The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940, Tartuffe, Spring Awakening, Stand by Your Man, It’s a Wonderful Life: The Radio Play and his one-man show Working to Make Cents.
He has appeared in several national commercial spots. He has studied at Brian Reise acting studios, IO West, Upright Citizens Brigade, and with renown commercial coaches and casting directors. He has been an active part in LA improv and theatre communities, performing in troupes and plays respectively.
His independent projects range from student films and PSAs to music videos and self-produced sketch comedy. And he has had roles in several films, including the Clint Eastwood film American Sniper.
He is happy and humble to be able to pursue his dreams and hopes to use what he knows to contribute something to the entertainment industry. And he always strives to grow with the craft and knowledge that goes into the performance aspects of entertainment.
